instaapps !! There’s new app called Phonto! It’s free (Ad supported) but perfect for adding text to photos. Can’t rotate text or write more than one liners at the moment, but it has potential for being free. BTW: To change font colour, after selecting the colour button, slide the dial in the colour picker menu for more options. Thanks @kewiki for the heads up! :o)))
